Enable peer-to-peer memory mapping for a memory item.

Parameters

memItem	The memory item to enable peer-to-peer mapping for.
size	The size of the peer-to-peer mapping in multiples of 2MB. 1 means 2MB, 2 means 4MB, 3 means 6MB, etc.
offset	The offset in the memory item to start the peer-to-peer mapping.

Note

memItem.pReserved holds the P2P offset when opening the device. After the device is opened, this field is reserved for internal use only.
