Enables/Disables wakeup feature.

Parameters

[in]	hDevice	A unique identifier for the device/interface
[in]	dwOptions	Can be set to either of the following options: WDU_WAKEUP_ENABLE - will enable wakeup. or: WDU_WAKEUP_DISABLE - will disable wakeup.
